most commonly riced cars around the world #blogpost
UK: Vauxhall Corsa
Cheap, slow and nasty, the Vauxhall Corsa is the ricer favourite in the UK, due to low insurance costs
USA: Mitsubishi Eclipse and Honda Civic coupe
Loads of cheap (rubbish) aftermarket parts available on eBay, and a plentiful supply of people who think spoilers add power, result in these being the most riced cars in the US
Japan: Honda’s in general. In japan, stance with excessive camber is growing
Russia: BMW X6
Rich old men trying to get noticed, while being easy to get in. So they buy an SUV with a silly roof and add a small rear wing which doesn’t do anything
Dubai
Sons of oil barons do this to show off. They often gold-rap there cars for maximum attention/hate

The Mitsubishi Lancer is also a favourite amongst ricers in Dubai
Stance does not equal rice. I would argue that there’s no such thing as a ricer in Japan, just different styles. After all, ricers did originate from Americans trying to make their cars look like the ones fro Fast and Furious.
Stance is a style modification with no performance improvement, so even though people like the way it looks, it is still rice. And there are different styles of rice, which I tried to highlight here, with the Dubai supercars with “unique” paint, the Russian SUV’s with oversize rimz, the 2001-esque rice with the eclipse and civic coupe, and the British rice, which is adding paint and stickers to a slow car
Australia: Holden Commodore
Bulgaria: E36 coupe/sedan, E46 sedan, VW Golf MK3/4, Opel Astra/Corsa
