Doesn’t matter. The GT86 follows the spirit of the AE86, which is being a driving car. Both cars were slow due to low horsepower, but had exceptional driving dynamics, which helps in cornering.
The V6 Camry might be fast in a straight line, but its suspension tuning, steering, and chassis dynamics are inferior to the GT86.
they’re inferior if you wanted something sporty, and the Camry is built for comfort, not track racing. The camry is very good at what it is built to do.
Okay then, in a 2 lap race around a racetrack (e.g. Virginia International Raceway), which would win: the GT86 or the V6 Camry?
My dad has a camry he said he might get a E46
And? Like a few tenths of a second are a huge difference..

Really funny to watch all the GT86 fanboys get triggered
same here
Haha same.
I say, “The Camry is pretty good at corners”. People arguing with me left and right, people really need to mature up.
But winning drag races isn’t everything!
Camrys are badass.
So much sleeper potential.
Is there a TRD Camry?
nah, it’s the V6 version
Ahem: http://www.carscoops.com/2007/08/toyota-aurion-trd-camry-based-sedan.html
Me trying to come up with a comeback
