2 ways this wont work:
If the target is particularly heavy/has a big enough engine to drag you along with it.
If the target has a lowered suspension/low body kit.
This is great against your typical car thief but lets be honest, “boy racers” are the ones who will be speeding and thus be a danger. This device won’t work on them because they often slam or modify their cars in a way that would make the “snag” action impossible. It’s a neat idea but has some limitations that need addressed.
