I really like the look of the 300ZX, but I prefer the popup headlighted version of the Diablo.

And now I wonder… Would a popup Diablo headlight fit in the Z32’s front?

Haven’t we already known for a long time that Nissan headlights were used on a Lamborghini?

I’m pretty sure that a carthrottle article from a few years ago talked about expensive cars with cheap lights and it said something about job the process to get lights approved by the dot is a huge pain in the ass for a car thats only going to have a couple thousand produced so they’re better off just getting a nice set off a cheap car that’s been mass produced

I wonder why people make such a big deal of it.
Manufacturers (or just cars) share parts all the time, be it to save time or money.
Pagani uses cheap Hella rear lights for the Zonda, and an old Mercedes SL “Pagoda” from the US-Market can be fitted with Golf Mark 1 headlights to get rid of the sealed beams.

Its common knowledge that every 300zx owner makes sure to let you know about it when they first meet you.
