For the US not sure. But here in Europe a 190E has all the requirements from above.
Manual, RWD, reliable, descent speed and they go from €500 - €3000 ($770 - $4700).
I don’t know for sure if they are cheaper, but BMW Z3 / Z4?
90’s-early 00’s mustangs, even the GTs aren’t that expensive
A 96-98 cobra is 7k ish now. 96-98 GT’S are dogs stock though
Fox body mustang. MkIII supra (turbo). 240sx
Mustangs are a go to. You could also do a RWD conversion to a Subaru.
How hard is a rwd conversion on a Subaru…?
If your from Europe a BMW of some sort would be your best bet. E30s aren’t that expensive, bulletproof reliability, great for drifting and has lots of space inside..
Where I live these are very expensive
Too bad you don’t live in Europe, we have plenty of odd but pretty good cheap RWD. Talbot Sunbeam Lotus/Ti, Alfa Romeo 33 and 75, Peugeot 505 v6 or Turbo, Vauxhall Chevette HS/HSR, Triumph Dolomite Sprint, and of course, cars you also have in the US, BMW 3 or 5 series, Mazda RX7/8, Nissan S-chassis, Datsun 510, 240z, 260z, 280zx, Nissan 300zx and basically every American car.
I know… Basically every car here at a half decent price is either unreliable or an automatic…
240sx
mercedes w123 230e or 280e about £3000 in the uk, however not sure about the value in ‘murica. what about a volvo 240 glt, about the same price

S13? Maybe a fc if it has been taken care off
Such a thing doesn’t exist.
