This may be a bit of a dumb question, but how are people getting their fronts to pull off the ground on launches? Does it just take a ton of power and good slicks? Or is there more to it than that? How much power do you think it would take? Just curious.

Some common problems with the Z32 to be aware of: Interior If you’ve ever sat in a less than pristine 300, you’ve mostly seen some interior wear in one form or another. The most common areas for wear are the driver’s seat and the driver’s side door upper panel. Seats often blow apart after repeated use, and there is a common wear spot on the door where drivers tend to rest their elbows. Seat covers are easy and (relatively) cheap to come by, but door panels can be a little tougher depending on the color.

ECU codes show up on the check engine light in the combination meter. They way they read is by counting the number of flashes ( as well as the speed of the flashes) For example, an ECU showing no recorded faults will display code 55. The first digit is shown as 5 long flashes (tens) followed by a pause and followed by the second digit - 5 short flashes. Thus Code 55.

Every old car has its quirks, but here are some to be aware of in case you’re planning on (or already own) an S13:| Foam Spoilers Causing Rust The foam spoilers that came on 240s are also known as “rust sponges”. This is because they retain water and slowly but surely rust out your hatch. Throw that thing away and either swap the hatch or do the body work.
