Ricer is used mostly as an insult, but after looking through multiple video's and forums, I realized it's definition is lost to history.
Today Ricer is to describe cars modified in style of 2F2F.

Voting list of names you thought of will be made soon. "Rice stands for Race Inspired Cosmetic Enhancement or Ridiculous Immature Car Enthusiast" both these are from the interwebs and I think a bit outdated.
