The Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale was a mid-engined sports car built in a very limited series by Alfa Romeo between 1967 and 1969. It was based on the Alfa Romeo Tipo 33 racecar. Due to its high usage of race-derived technologies, it was one of the most expensive cars of its time, with a retail price of about 9,750,000 lire . The 33’s curvy lines were penned by Franco Scaglione and the car itself was built by Carrozzeria Marazzi. To this day, it is considered by many as the most beautiful car ever made.

The late ‘90s/early ‘00s are considered by many as British sports car manufacturer TVR ‘s golden era. With models such as the Cerbera, Griffith, Tuscan and Sagaris, TVR represented a serious threat to estabilished supercar brands such as Ferrari and Lamborghini. But the TVR we’re looking at today is way more interesting than the aforementioned models.

A warm summer night in 199X. It’s 10:00 PM on Mount Akina, Gunma Prefecture, Japan. Everything seems calm, when all of a sudden a deafening noise can be heard echoing through the mountains. Soon, four cars appear out of nowhere, drifting downhill at high speed. All these cars are part of the local street racing team, the Akina Speed Stars

In the late 60s, Automobili Lamborghini took the world by storm with the Miura. The Miura was widely acclaimed after its intruduction in 1966 and was a very succesful car that went as far as revolutionizing the concept of ‘supercar’, but by the early ‘70s it was starting to show its age, especially due to the arrival of new, more modern rivals, such as the Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona . As such, Ferruccio Lamborghini decided it was time to start working on a successor for the Miura.

In 1970, Ferruccio Lamborghini decided to replace the Islero, of which only 225 units had been sold, with a brand new model. The Islero’s successor, called the ‘ Jarama ‘, was presented in March 1970 , at that year’s Geneva Motor Show . Ferruccio Lamborghini intended the name to recall the fighting bulls bred in Jarama river area in Spain and not the Jarama racing circuit near Madrid.

Forza Horizon 4 may be a great game, but it lacks many features that made TDU amazing. For example, in TDU you can open your car’s windows, whereas in Forza you can’t (seriously Forza, how can you not have openable windows or blinkers in 2018?!)

The first generation of the Fiat Panda debuted in February 1980 . It was built to compete with French cars such as the Renault 4 and the Citroën Dyane and it was designed to be robust, spartan, fast (by citycar standards), suitable for the most varied situations and conditions of use, as well as economic in the purchase and maintenance costs.

My latest drawing! A drawing of my dream car: the 2003 Lamborghini Gallardo . What’s not to love about it? It’s got a 5.0-liter V10 engine producing 493bhp, all-wheel-drive, a 0-62mph sprint of 4.1s and a top speed of 309km/h (194mph). Plus, you can find good examples for as little as €60k, quite a bargain for the performance you get. Around 4/5 hours were spent working on it. What do you think?
