On The freeway sign, it says “Ventura Bay” At the bottom. Ventura Bay is the town/city in Need For Speed 2015! (For those who don’t know). So this also proves that Need For Speed Payback and NFS 2015 Are in the same Universe! I’m so happy I found this when I did!!!
