While every other hot hatch manufacturer has been trying out a new recipe for their hot hatches the Japanese have been perfecting the old one. Well, how does the Honda Civic Type R stack up against its rivals, the Volkswagen Golf GTI Clubsport S and the Seat Leon Cupra 290. These are the maddest FWD hatches on sale right now so expect tyre squeal, big wings and lots of Honda jokes in the comments! Lets do this!

The BMW M2 is the latest offering from BMW’s M division, it is essentially a baby M3/M4 and for some car enthusiasts it reminds them of the E46 M3. To see if the M2 can live up to the expectations of many I have decided once again to compare it to some already well established sports cars. Firstly we have the the Porsche 718 Cayman S which is one of the best handling sports cars there is, secondly we have the Nissan Nismo 370Z which is oldest car here but still one of the best and finally there is the beautiful Alfa Romeo 4C. So can the M2 beat these great sports cars? Lets find out!

There have been many rumours surrounding the Ford Focus RS with many people saying that it is the best hot hatch ever. Well, as usual its my job to compare how the RS measure’s up to its closest rivals! In the blue corner we have the Volkswagen Golf R which was the best hot hatch on sale until the RS apparently stole its crown. In the red corner we have the Mercedes AMG A45 the fastest and most powerful hot hatch on sale right now! Lets do this!
