8 Woeful Fake Exhaust Tips We’ve Seen Lately
Car makers just can’t seem to help themselves when it comes to designing-in fake exhaust tips, and we’ve just got to call some of them out on it
Those of you who’ve been with us a while will know that this isn’t the first time we’ve compiled a list of offenders when it comes to crimes against exhaust design. A few years ago we highlighted seven sinners with pointless, and slightly embarrassing, fake tips.
Sadly the trend still hasn’t burned in the fires of Hades like we want it to. We’ve seen a glut of them again lately and it’s name-and-shame time again. Sit back and let your blood slowly (or quickly) boil over yet another batch of shamefully-designed rear ends.

The Audi and Renualt are the only okay ones, all the others look pretty bad

To be fair, in the Petrol version, there is actually a dual exhaust.

What about any Acura and the new Hyundai Sonata the Honda is a bit more forgivable cuz it’s cheap

There should be a law where customer are given a free Dremel with their new car if they desire to remove the fake exhaust tips
