It really depends on the weight and engine size but in general I’d say these numbers are healthy 4cly-250hp 6cly-300hp 8cly-450-500hp Anything above a V10 is probably going to be powerful regardless
Never powerfull enough. Hell, you just crank the boost. You scare yourself for a week then you crank it more
It both depends on the weight of the car and its gearing- power, to me, relates to how fast can it accelerate in a controlled manner. Overpowered is when accelerating in a controlled manner becomes less piloting a fighter and more being strapped to a Saturn V rocket. Underpowered is when instead of piloting a fighter it feels like you’re sitting in the luggage compartment of a 747.
Miata: Powerful enough once you get it rolling.
Top-fuel dragster: Powerful enough for its application but absurd for any other purpose.
WRX: Perfectly powerful enough- enough oomph to get itself out of a sticky situation, but not so much that you have to commit a felony to have a giggle in it.
Once you drive a 240sx with 520whp anything with less than 300 seems pretty slow… there is something to say with the difference between a stock with 300hp and a modded car with 300hp though.
At least 300. My standards are probably skewed by muscle cars
Depends, i like bigger cars, so 400 i quess, i mean it can have less power but still have grunt or be fu**ing fast, but to earn sporty labels and and sport labels definetly somewhere round 400hp
Well I can’t afford to buy, let alone insure anything with more than 150 so that’ll just have to do.
I’d say 350 on average.. Like, obviously it depends on cars weight.. I’d say that 300whp in a GT86 is powerful.
I think that BHP alone doesn’t make a car powerful, because of lightness and so on, i would consider both a car thats 100-200 BHP, 500-600KG and a car thats 600BHP 1500-2000KG powerful, BHP isn’t really the only thing that makes a car powerful in my opinion :)
