19, because the car I was given at 18 wasn’t running until I was 19… and my dad was scared as shyt for me to have a license so kept refusing to take me for my test.
Passed first try, but only barely. Lost points due to a mechanical fault on my car. Told the officer giving the test my turn signal wouldn’t “click” into place on right turns and had to be held into place. Turned out the entire test loop was right turns. He docked me points every time I took a turn because I had to hold the signal in place and therefore didn’t have two hands on the wheel. Pryck…
But that was over 20 years ago now.
