10 Awesome Cars Added To The CT Garage In November
It’s that time again! We’ve rounded up all of the vehicles that have been added to the Car Throttle Garage throughout November, and the 10 that we are about to show you stand out above the rest. If you haven’t done so already, check out the Car Throttle community and add your project cars and daily drivers to our online Garage for a chance to be featured in next month’s round-up!
Do you think CTzen Kame Trick likes to go drifting? We definitely do. After all, his 240SX fastback has all the right mods to do the job. With an aggressive body kit, negative camber and an LS1 V8, there’s no doubt that this thing can go sideways. And it looks great while doing so!
Although muscle cars are generally seen as an icon of the ‘60s and ‘70s, they’re just as strong and fearsome in the 21st century. Case in point: CTzen RedCat’s two-year-old Dodge Challenger Hellcat. With 700bhp coming from a 6.2-litre supercharged HEMI V8, this monster packs both punch and value. Doesn’t this make you want to see a remake of Vanishing Point?
Now here’s something you don’t see every day! CTzen OneBrownPickle’s 1973 Mazda RX-4 is essentially a 2nd-generation Mazda Luce equipped from the factory with a 13B rotary engine. This is a proper classic car, and it’s in amazing condition for being over 40 years old.
It only takes one look to understand why we like Benjamin Hunting’s Datsun 280Z. This is one gorgeous Japanese classic, but with a few modern twists to suggest that it’s not just a museum piece. If you have a look at the full post, you’ll see that Benjamin has raced his pride and joy at ZCon’s 2016 event at the Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (formerly the home of the Formula One Canadian Grand Prix).
Lately, there’s been a lot of buzz in the tuning world about the Ford Barra straight-six engine, with some people going as far as calling it the Australian 2JZ. Of course, this is something that Aussies (like CTzen Brad Trigwell) have known for quite a while. And it’s no surprise that he has a tuned and boosted Barra under the hood of this beastly-looking Ford Falcon. It’s a real gem of the ADM.
If you’re a Jeep enthusiast, you should definitely check out BleepinJeep’s YouTube channel. These guys have done some seriously mad off-road builds, like this insane 1998 Jeep XJ Cherokee rock crawler. We’re glad to have the BleepinJeep crew and their arsenal of off-roaders here in the Car Throttle community!
This CTzen’s username is Mike Enjoys Cars. Judging by his yellow S2000 with a Mugen-style hardtop, we believe that statement is pretty accurate. This is a pretty solid build, but Mike hopes that more mods will come in the future. We can’t wait to see what he’ll do to it next.
Special edition trim packages can sometimes be a bit on the cheesy side (like the Levi’s AMC Gremlin), but CTzen Christoph Wey has one of the coolest limited edition BMWs out there. As a tribute to their partnership with the Sauber F1 team, BMW produced just 135 Sauber Edition 135i coupes in 2009, making this a very rare car. But rarity didn’t stop Christoph from modding it and remapping the ECU to produce around 400bhp for daily driving. Because racecar.
CTzen Stefan Leitinger’s awesome ride needs very little explanation. It’s perhaps the greatest Mitsubishi ever built—the Lancer Evolution. Stefan says he’s going to be making some changes to the car’s already insane performance in the future. If he does that as well as he’s done the visual mods, it will be one seriously fast machine, indeed. Great work, Stefan!
Last, but definitely not least, is a rather ordinary Opel Kadett that’s been transformed into something really awesome. Restored from the ground up, CTzen Thijs Approved’s Kadett is equipped with all the necessary equipment to do some serious rally racing. It’s his dream build, and it’s easy to tell that a lot of hard work and sacrifice went into making this car look as beautiful as what it is. And that’s worthy of any petrolhead’s respect.

Noooo we just got a Boxster… Maybe December
A good week for ct……
Filling garages up around the world… but with awesomeness
Month*
Brilliant
I put my dad’s awesome car but deleted it because I don’t want millions of people seeing his license plate. I don’t want it out in the open after I suspected it would’ve made this list… Anyway.
What’s your dads car?
Why didn’t you edit it out? When I take a picture of one of my parents cars, I go on markup (iPad) and draw a black mark in the plates, hiding the numbers.
What’s with the downvotes?
Wow! Cannot belive my baby actually made it!!!

Well, it’s really a rare car and it looks properly done, so it’s not really that surprising, honestly. And knowing it’s a limited-edition BMW (which means a lot of demand), that makes it even more amazing. Are you the first owner?
Will there be a top 120 of the year post? If so I nominate me
Good to see a barra in the top 10 🤘
If asked which one i would like, the answer would be “yes”
Nice list of cars this month, have to say that Datsun 280Z is stunning
I’ve seen it on the road in Ontario before, pretty surprised to see it on CT!
