Tomislav definitely has a decent point there. Besides extorting the public like Verizon will without net neutrality because you really want the extra $$$$$$$$$$$$, it doesn’t make sense at ALL to introduce road pricing when we’ve already paid for the roads we drive on. Both in being allowed to use them AND for their design and maintenance (which here in Leeds is a rare thing despite constant construction work! At best they fill in 1 pothole and lazily skim the road surface, loosening enough stones to make it look like you’ve survived being shot at with a 12Ga 900 times at point blank range!)
