10 Cars With Crazy Power-To-Weight Ratios
Since we've been driving the incredibly light Zenos E10 S this week, it got us thinking about cars with incredible power-to-weight ratios. Here's a list of 10 such cars that combine power and lightness to devastating effect

Zenos E 10 R - 350bhp, 700kg = 500bhp/tonne

Porsche 918 Weissach Package - 886bhp, 1640kg = 540bhp/tonne

Caterham 620R - 310bhp, 572kg = 568bhp/tonne

McLaren P1 - 903bhp, 1547kg = 584bhp/tonne

Ferrari LaFerrari - 950bhp, 1585kg = 599bhp/tonne

Bugatti Veyron Super Sport - 1184bhp, 1888kg = 627bhp/tonne

Ariel Atom 500 - 500bhp, 550kg = 909bhp/tonne

Koenigsegg One:1 - 1341bhp, 1360kg = 986bhp/tonne

Hennessey Venom GT - 1244bhp, 1244kg = 1000bhp/tonne

Caparo T1 - 575bhp, 470kg = 1075bhp/tonne

Out of all these cars I’d probably go for the Ariel. I guess the experience you get in that car is just out of this world
Dacia Sandero 90 BHP, 1204 Kg = 13.37 NHP / Tone
The Caparo T1? The car that caused many accidents, and even burned Jason Plato’s face? Never knew that had such a crazy power-to-weight ratio…
Instead of arguing, we could use kW / kg and then convert it to whatever unit we please…
1,417 bhp/tonne. Two wheels better than four :-)
…next car throttle video I’m guessing
If I knew what a tonne is….

TVR Cerbera Speed Twelve. Over 1,000hp and 1,100kg. Over 909hp/tonne
My Ford Laser has been tuned by TRD, full RWD conversion with V-Tec and twin-turbo, full weight reduction with carbon fibre hood and legit air scoops. Power to weight ratio is 75bhp/tonne. I also beat a Lamborghini at the traffic lights.
