The same young boy who told cops he was a dwarf when he was stopped by cops has been up to his same old tricks
Remember the Norwegian kid who stole his parents' car, then told police he was a dwarf? Well, just under two weeks later and he's at it again, this time taking a visiting relative's car for a lengthy 19-mile drive.
When his parents realised he was missing, they called cops, who put alerts out on Twitter and local radio stations to urge the public to stop him if they saw him. Eventually he stopped, and a member of the public grabbed his keys.
Police have failed to see the funny side this time, reporting the family to child services.
