This 1500-Horsepower Aventador Has Just Demolished The Half-Mile In 15 Seconds
We’ll get one thing out of the way before we go any further. This heavily tuned, twin-turbo Lamborghini Aventador from GAD Motors doesn’t look that fast off the line, especially with the camera behind it. In fact, if you asked us to judge purely on the way it gets away from the line, we’d almost say it looked standard.
At the Race1000 event in Germany last weekend, though, this monster showed how much speed it adds later in its furious runs, recording a 15.48-second half-mile at a top speed of 201.4mph. Nice. It also spits flames, which is a must for any Lamborghini in our book, unless it actually sets itself on fire.
Sit back and enjoy the sights and sounds of a supremely powerful Italian supercar doing what it does best: going fast and making loud noises.

Pff, my F12 runs 1/2 in 6.5 seconds!
In CSR2…
Lambo’s always has a nice backside
1500hp for 15 seconds = 100hp for 1 second. ½ mile = 0.805 metres : 1500hp = 0.0005 hp/metres 😂
My first car will be as awesome as this. I wish all supercar owners did this.
only 1500hp? kitten…
A civic could beat that, right?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Je-2ezgS1vY That’s cute.
This would be neat except an Underground Racing Huracan just did the standing 1/2 at 250mph in North Carolina. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RQDuaIuxglU Bonus UR R8 as well.
Twin Turbo Huracan went 250mph in the 1/2 mile a few days ago.
My rx 7 did 11.3 sec…
