6 Head-Scratching Car Manufacturer Collaboration Renders
Toyota is adamant that you just can’t make a business case for sports cars these days. That is unless you get into bed with another manufacturer to share the development cost burdens, just as it did with BMW to give the world a new Supra and Z4.
Taking inspiration from this move, Budget Direct commissioned a set of renders that imagine future collaborations between manufacturers. And they’re all mash-ups of existing models.
Yes, we know that’s not exactly how such joint ventures would look IRL, but the results are nonetheless worth a look. They range from actually pretty nice to nightmare-inducing…

Smart and Landy looks good and VW + Ford is ok, but the rest doesn’t look nice to me
