Put wet toilet paper in the spark plug lead sockets
Put oil on the brakes… (friend of mine did this to his bike because the brakes were squeaking… -,-)

shave the lobes off the exhaust side cam.
If it’s one with any sort of automatic system, do it remotely!
I’m basically saying tell the car’s computer to go flat out all the time, no matter what. Only works with modern cars though.
