Disconnect alternater or startermotor. Simple yet effective. or just remove some relais.
Pour a pound of grain sugar in the gas tank.
It will destroy everything from the gas tank to the exhaust pipe, literally.
If the car has flip up head lights, clip the connection for on of them.
