punch a hole in the fuel tank.
Put WD40 on the brake rotors and watch as how the brakes start slipping
Shove a plastic shopping bag down the fuel fill so it ends up in the tank. When the owner starts driving it will be sucked up against the straw that the fuel pump pulls from and block the flow. The car will stall and the bag will float freely again. Car will start just fine and run until the bag is pulled over again resulting in another stall. Only real solution is to cut open and remove the bag or just replace the tank.
Open the fuel fuel lid and put a condom in it… ;)
