Aston Martin Will Help Design And Build Your Own Tony Stark-Spec Garage
If you have a spectacular car collection, you might also want an equally jaw-dropping space in which to keep it. At least, that’s what Aston Martin is banking on.
The British firm has just launched its ‘Automotive Galleries and Lairs’ service at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in Monterey. The idea is Aston Martin’s design team will work with renown architects plus local contractors to plan and build very special environments for the vehicles of wealthy clients.
This could be a specific place to store cars, a sort of entertainment den complete with racing simulators, or an entire property “where the car takes centre stage,” Aston says. The project may focus on a single car, a handful of vehicles, or even involve a museum-like setting to house a larger collection.
If the centrepiece is an older vehicle, the designers can give the space an equally retro aesthetic, too. TL;Dr - the world’s your oyster, as evidenced by some of the dramatic pieces of concept art that have gone out with the press release.
Will any real-life Tony Start types go as far as building a Bond villain-like underwater bunker for their Valkyrie, or perhaps surround their hypercar with an actual aquarium? We’ll have to wait and see…

About a hundred kidneys
I’ll raise - put the car IN the aquarium.
I raise, put aquarium in the car while the car is in the aquarium.
Aston Martin have brought this brilliant Test Drive Unlimited 2 feature to life. Awesome!
Lovely. Absolutely lovely
cool i always wanted a Aston Martin build Bond villain lair
‘Automotive galleries and lairs’. It sounds like a GTA update…
…but that’s not the only reason why I love it!
They really have lost the plot.
In other words, ‘how can we make even more money off of our James Bond franchise association?’
I prefer to not have a leaky garage
I’m sure they’ll find a way to prevent the leaks… Besides, one does not simply shell out a million quid without expecting the best of the best in terms of quality
That’s bad-ass
