Bespoke Bling: A. Kahn Design's Range Rover Evoque

The 'Brains from Bradford' have done it again. Not content with the standard styling of the Range Rover Evoque which went into production in July of this year, A. Kahn Design have come up with their own take on the 3 or 5 door compact crossover SUV and boy does it look good.

Famously designed with the help of British fashion icon, Victoria Beckham, the first thing noticeable on this fresh-faced Evoque is the fact that it has been lowered by 35mm, presumably to add to its sporty look. And with over 90% of Evoque buyers new to the Range Rover brand, touches like this will I'm sure convince the masses that Range Rover aren't all huff, puff and muscle, but that they can be sleek and subtle too.

Not that RS600 wheels are exactly subtle though. From the outside, A. Kahn Design have plonked an orange roof onto the top of the car, which of course can be changed if brash colours aren't your thing, and there are little details like the yellow brake calipers and orange highlights around the headlights and side intakes. One thing you must remember with your A. Kahn Design vehicle, is that anything can be changed. The company prides itself on building to specification and has formulated such bizarre projects as Katie Price's pink Range. But it means that if you want to have your car's leather seats the same colour as that jumper you wore back in 1992, it's possible.

Inside, there's a touchscreen satnav, aluminium pedals, and changeable clock. Pretty much standard stuff you'd expect to find from a custom Range Rover. In terms of price, nothing has been released yet, although it's safe to say that this will cost a fair bit over Evoque list price. And with the soon-to-be-released Overfinch Evoque GTS lurking in the shadows, the custom Range market is set to become that bit more exciting, so prepare your wallets or a car loan, because you're going to want to get your hands on this Evoque.
