The Brabus-Tuned G63 6x6 Is A Tricked Out, 700hp Planet Destroyer
Remember when we told you about the crazy Mercedes G63 AMG 6x6? Well Brabus has got its hands on one, unleashing more power and bling than could ever be considered necessary. And it is brilliant.
What you see here is the carbonfibre-clad B63S-700. The 5.5-litre biturbo V8 now produces 690bhp and 708lb ft - up by 155bhp and 147lb ft respectively over the standard model - thanks to a pair of new turbochargers, a tickled ECU, a sports exhaust system and high-flow catalytic coverters.
All that grunt translates to a 0-62mph time of 7.4 seconds - which is pretty good when you consider its near-four tonne kerb weight - while the top speed remains limited to 99mph to protect the massive 37-inch off-road tyres.
Obviously the original 6x6 lacked road presence, so Brabus has chucked in a new front spoiler, an updated grille and black xenon headlights, as well as a load of carbonfibre parts. Inside there's luxurious leather on the floor and roof, as well as a little Alcantara and aluminium here and there for good measure.
Want this in your life? Expect to pay upwards of £500,000.
