On the back of Mini getting brand placement time in Taio Cruz' latest video "Hangover", the historic German company appear to be continuing to spread their seed all over the industry. Whether it's Jamaican reggae-inspired beats in Sean Paul or certain big-name American producers in Timbaland, the dynamic company is trying to gain mass market appeal and visibility-wise, the strategy certainly seems to be paying off.

Mini Countryman - Labrinth Tinie Tempah Earthquake

It's no wonder then that Mini felt the need to strike a deal with Sony Music and the mastermind himself, Simon Cowell, in getting a Cooper onto the set of Labrinth's latest video "Earthquake". Just in case you've been out of the loop, Labrinth recently got himself signed to SyCo and Cowell's notorious record label which also houses the most popular acts from the X Factor series. Prior to this, Labrinth was no "nobody" producing hits such as "Let The Sun Shine" and actively involving himself in the prominent UK Grime scene.

In "Earthquake", Labrinth also hooks up with one of his best pals in the game, Tinie Tempah. Tinie has had a huge career in a very short space of time with his album Disc-Overy giving birth (pun intended) to a British superstar. Since their humble beginnings, Tinie has gone onto collaborate with the best of the best including Kelly Rowland, Wiz Khalifa and is set to be hooking up with Usher. Very swaggerific.

Of course, what would a chart-topping hit be without a hit parade current car. This particular Absolute Black Cooper S with red accents on the hood, mirror and full nav pack on the inside also comes equipped with 18" Turbofan Alloys in Anthracite. Of course, you're going to want to see it in action morphing into stereo speakers (a little bit weird I admit), so for the full video below, click play:
