Caterham F1 Is Officially Dead And Now You Can Buy Anything You Like From It

Sadly, it’s the end of the road for Caterham F1, as its administrators have put all of the team’s assets up for auction.

The Leafield-based outfit entered administration last October, but a crowd-funding campaign saw Caterham return to F1 for the 2014 finale in Abu Dhabi.

Despite desperate attempts to keep the team alive and on the 2015 grid, auctioneers Wyles and Hardy Co. have confirmed that the following assets are up for grabs:

Race and pit lane equipment

The first auction takes place on the 11/12 March, just before the F1 2015 season opener in Australia. It will feature the sale of race support and pit lane equipment, the 2014 chassis and show cars.

Engineering machinery and R&D equipment

An auction on the 18/19 March will see the engineering machinery, R&D equipment and inspection equipment go under the hammer.

Team clothing, memorabilia, branded goods and a show car will go up for auction on the 15/16 April, while on the 21/22 April, factory, hospitality and catering equipment will also go up for sale online.
