Is This Chrome-Wrapped 'Lamborghini' The Worst Replica Ever Made?

This guy turned a Dodge Stratus into a chrome-wrapped Lamborghini Murcielago. Sort of...

It might only be February, but we think we might have found the year's worst replica car. We hate to take a dig at someone's hard work, but this guy is mad if he thinks someone will stump up the best part of $9000 for this Dodge Stratus-based 'Murcielago'.

Instead of a 6.5-litre V12 pumping out 640bhp, you get the Dodge's 3.0-litre V6 with a measly 205hp. But fret not, the seller assures us it "feels more like 300hp".

The doors don't actually open (despite what that brilliant Photoshop effort implies) so you have to hop in. But it's easy to do as he has cut the springs, so it's really low. Doesn't sound sketchy at all...

The interior belies the exotic exterior. The cheap leather seats show signs of wear and tear, but again we're reassured, as "a nice pair of racing seats can be bought on eBay for $220 delivered!"

In the unlikely event that this 'Lambo' lights your fire, take a look through the Craigslist ad - it details all the extra work you'll probably have to do to make it finished.
