Dakar Rally 2013: The Red Bull Highlights

The Dakar Rally has drawn to a close after yet another year of thrills, spills and motoring madness. What used to be a perilous route from Paris to Dakar has, since 2009, shifted its gaze towards South America where 459 competitors battled it out this year across 16 days and 4 categories.

Red Bull's hopes rested with duo Carlos Sainz and Nasser Al-Attiyah. Unfortunately the Qatar Red Bull Toyo Team exited early from this year's competition, but the highlight of the race was seeing the Buggy car driven by Nasser and Carlos win five of the eight Dakar Stages it completed.
