This Dashcam Footage Might Prove Cops Arrested The Wrong Speeding Challenger Driver

The dashcam footage above was captured by a Detroit driver, who saw a Dodge Challenger undertake him at high speed with a cop car in hot pursuit. Further down the road he captures the moment the cop pulled the guy over… or so he thought.

After posting the footage on the Camaro 5 forums, other members noticed that the car that was pulled over was an R/T model with silver stripes, chrome wheels and older style rear lights. The car that screamed past the camera car appeared to be a Scat Pack, with newer rear lights and black wheels.

When the dashcam owner contacted police, he claims they weren’t interested in his information, however after going public with his video they’ve requested the footage. Check out the full report over on Jalopnik.
