Does This Concept Art Confirm Forza Horizon 4 Is Heading To Hong Kong?
The Forza Horizon 4 rumour mill has been in overdrive recently, with suggestions the game could be set in Japan or the United Kingdom based on a healthy dose of speculation.
Well, now we have another place to add to the list: Hong Kong. The Asian state has appeared in concept art that was discovered by an eagle-eyed gamer, which was created by a partner to Microsoft Studios.
The stills show cars racing through the neon-lit streets of Hong Kong, with a hot air balloon bearing the Forza logo the clearest indication that this could be for Horizon 4. It would make for a fantastic location, with a mix of bustling city streets and winding mountain passes as seen in the concept art.
However, while this does seem like legitimate concept art, it might not be an indication of what’s to come. For example, we don’t know when it was created or the reason behind it, and it could even be a deliberate publicity stunt.

By looking at the age of the cars this concept art was prob made around Horizon 1 time

Its just concept art for Forza Horizon 1. You can tell from cars and the logo. Plus AR12 Nick did a video on it.
Nope. It’s he old logo only used in fh1’ and all of the cars are ‘old’. This was most likely some concepts for fh1, especially as the same creator uploaded similar pictures before which turned out to lead to nothing.
The people of CT that also like planes will deeply hope Kai Tak is the drag strip for this one. And Checkerboard hill.
