This Drunk Driver Crashed His Ferrari Into A Lorry While Going 40mph Over The Speed Limit

The 26-year-old driver of this Ferrari, which appears to be an F430, has a long line of driving offences to his name. He can now add driving under the influence to that list

26-year-old Jose Luis Martin and his female passenger are lucky to be alive after smashing into an 18-wheeler at high speed and becoming wedged beneath its trailer.

NBC Miami reports that when police arrived at the scene, both occupants were still strapped into the car, with Martin ‘reeking of alcohol’. The pair had just left La Covacha nightclub in the early hours of the morning in what appears to be a Ferrari F430 when the incident occured. The speedometer reveals Martin was driving at 75mph in a 35mph zone when he crashed.

Cops arrested him for DUI, while his passenger was taken to hospital. She is expected to be okay.
