Ever wondered what’s behind the name of your car? Probably not, but after checking out this infographic from Mojo Motors, you might give it a little more thought. Leaving out car manufacturers which use letter/number combos for names (Mercedes, BMW, Lexus etc), the infographic categorises most cars available in the US since 1995. Locations (eg. Porsche Cayman, Kia Rio) are the most popular choice at 21.9 per cent, closely followed by adventure (Land Rover Freelander, GMC Safari ) on 19.5 per cent.
