Ferrari can’t say or do anything. They purchased the engine from the owner of a wrecked 458 and did with it what they wanted. Ferrari doesn’t have some secret backdoor ownership of things, I don’t know why people keep thinking Ferrari is going to do something every time someone does something with or to one of their cars.
