Ford Sold More Mustangs Than Porsche Sold 911s In Germany Last Month
Last month Ford's sixth-generation Mustang outsold both the Porsche 911 and the Audi TT in Germany
It turns out German car buyers dig the new Ford Mustang. Really dig it, in fact. According to Autoblog, last month Ford shifted 780 of the things in the country, beating both the Porsche 911 (752 units) and the Audi TT (708 units) on home turf.
It’s not like the Mustang is a cheaper car than the TT in Germany either - as Autoblog points out, the starting price for the Ecoboost Mustang is actually higher than the cheapest TT. And as a bonus, the muscle car also beat the Boxster and Cayman last month, with Porsche selling a combined 642 units.
So, given the choice, what would you have: an Audi TT, a Porsche Cayman/Boxster, or a Ford Mustang?

Well, I guess I’m a typical German… I’d get the Mustang.
Not surprising since you can get 911 straight line performance at a TT price. But to be honest, for the money I’d buy a used Evora.
Ford be like:
Still no question, the Cayman is a far better car. I wouldn’t mind a TTRS though.
The tt is limp wristed and the cayman isn’t a 911 so mustang
Porsche Cayman, easy!
German car meets will never be the same…
Yeah, mabey because they cost more than half the price of a 911
