This Foul-Mouthed, Gun-Toting Maniac Might Just Be The World's Angriest Cop
This spectacularly angry officer has been named as Senior Constable Stephen Flanagan. He was suspended for this shocking incident, in which he claims he believed the car was stolen, yet did not use his lights or siren to get the driver’s attention. He now faces charges for assault and deprivation. Amazingly, he’s currently attempting to have his pay reinstated during his suspension.
As you’ll see later in this video, this wasn’t an isolated incident. Flanagan can be seen behaving particularly aggressively toward a speeding motorist in 2013, grabbing his arm, throwing his keys on the floor, and shouting more reams of obscenity-laden abuse.
Growing up on a diet of World Rally Championship highlights and lengthy Gran Turismo 2 sessions, a life in cars was as good as inevitable for Matt.

I was gonna say, blowing your horn at somebody to pull them over is an interesting way of going about it. Is that how it’s done down unda?
Queensland police are notorious, a while ago they were in trouble because they pulled a taser on a Victorian man with his partner because of his tattoos - they thought he was in an outlaw motorbike gang. Every time there’s police brutality in Australia it seems to happen in Queensland, I’m yet to encounter an unprofessional officer in Victoria.
Lol first like five comments were about how this is in USA.. Can’t stop chuckling.. First off it says Queensland (Australian state) if you bothered to read the intro, second the video description says “Aussie cop” probably didn’t read that either most people. Oh and here’s a dead give away.. Right hand drive vehicles and the whole km/h and not mp/h helps too. I have lost faith in humanity.
