The Greatest Race Track Corners In The World, As Chosen By You

Laguna Seca – The Corkscrew

“The Corkscrew on Laguna Seca, not that I have been there for real. But in games I love the way you enter, then drop down to the next corner.”
“Easy! It’s the Mountain at Cadwell. Because flight.”
The Carousel - Nurburgring

“It has to be the Carousel because it’s always a treat to watch cars go around bobbing its nuts off.”
Ballagarey – Mountain Course

As suggested by our very own Neil Winn: “Ballagarey at the Isle of Man TT. Incredibly fast, blind and off camber on the exit.”
Porsche Curves – Circuit de la Sarthe

“Porsche Curves on Circuit De La Sarthe because it’s very hard to master and in an endurance race, racers tend to make mistakes and run off. But these corners are so rewarding once you get them correct!”
Curva Grande – Monza

“My favourite is Monza’s second corner, Curva Grande. One of the places where you see how much balls you have… and downforce.”
Paddock Hill Bend – Brands Hatch

“Paddock hill bend, amazing corner to watch and mental to drive….as I found out.”
Last corner – Tsukuba

“Last corner of Tsukuba because mad drift.”
Backen - Ring Knutstorp

“Backen at Ring Knutstorp. Sharply banked corner that feels incredibly fast right after Litokurvan.”
Senna S – Interlagos

“The Senna S at Interlagos, because it was designed by the legend and because it is a technical turn.”
“Lisoba on Macau Guia Circuit. Experienced racers like Rob Huff and Edoardo Motara can hold it around the outside to make a spectacular move in this extremely narrow corner.”
Final chicane – Circuit Gilles Villeneuve

“Wall of Champions (final chicane) in Montreal! So tricky, and still fun to drive.”
Forrest Elbow – Mount Panorama

“Forrest Elbow at Mount Panorama (Bathurst), crazy elevation change and the last corner onto the massive Conrod Straight.”
Fairmont Hairpin – Circuit de Monaco

“Fairmont Hairpin in Monaco. The slowest corner in the world (I think).”
Turn 8 – Istanbul Park

“Turn 8, Turkey, Istanbul. Those G-forces are mad!”
130R – Suzuka

“130R at Suzuka because you have to have some serious balls to keep your foot in the throttle.”
Eau Rouge – Spa

“Eau Rouge, it’s a blind flat out corner (if you have the balls) uphill which after that is onto a long straight.”

So dissapointed that the chicanes at Magny-Cours are not in this list
Actually Senna S is a mini Corkscrew wich allows greater speeds and is more forgiving on G’s.
What about the tunnel at Monaco, i think that beats the Fairmont hairpin.
