Farmer Ben Mostert popped his bonnet to reveal a terrifying stowaway - a giant African rock python

According to CNN, this was actually the second time Mostert caught the pesky python. He’d already found the creature at his family home, not long after the disappearance of his cat, and decided to take it four miles away to release into the wild.

The snake was having none of it, and unbeknownst to Mostert had climbed straight back in the car, this time into the engine bay…
