According to the forum's admins, the car pictured is the 3.7-litre V6 base model. It's more a case of evolution than revolution with regards to the styling, which is still noticeably Mustang - and that's a good thing. The overall silhouette is more rounded than the outgoing car, but the bonnet bulge contributes to the continued butch styling.

The first obvious difference is the headlights, which are narrower and more focussed. The clusters contain three vertical strips of LEDs that stylistically mimic the rear lights, which remain similar to the current model's, though now they're slanted towards the top.

On the performance front, there are two GT Performance Packs, one for the 2.3-litre four-cylinder EcoBoost and another for the 5.0-litre V8. The revolution comes with the ditching of the archaic live-axle rear suspension setup in favour of a modern independent rear suspension, which will improve handling. It also sheds 200lbs of weight, thanks in part to aluminium front wings.
