i think when brian drove the wrx he said it was a scion.
Okay. Soooo.
I see that a ton of people seem offended by this. Here’s the thing- there’s still an element of film that allows you to enjoy something despite its flaws. it’s called “Frame of mind.” We can choose to suspend our disbelief in a movie and enjoy it massively despite its flaws. Hell, every movie, no matter how good it is, is going to have some stuff that doesn’t quite work. Beyond this, CinemaSins thrives on nitpicking. Hilarious nitpicking, but always bear in mind the fact that a critique is only as good as the critic. If you enjoy Furious 7 (As I do) there’s still nothing to stop you from doing so. It’s unrealistic, explosion-fueled, testosterone-boosted bullsh*t with an injection of crazy story. And I absolutely love it.
If you don’t, hey, no problem there, either. Again, your choice to like or dislike something is what makes us all human.
TL;DR- It’s possible to laugh at this and still like the movie. I sure did.
Finally somebody who sees the franchise in a similar way to me. The first and 3rd movie are up there with being some of my favourite movies because they had a story and were actually about the cars. EVERY other installment has simply been a bunch of explosions and fist fights, leaving the cars and story as a side-thought at best… urgggh. I didnt even bother going to the cinema for the 7th movie. One of my favourites to…. garbage
ughhh it’s just a movie! it’s not supposed to be 100% realistic, it’s for entertainment…btw they called the STi a “scion”..smh ( •_•)
CinemaSins is hilarious if you don’t take it seriously and get butt hurt about it :D
I actually hated this movie, it was only well received because of how it handled Paul walkers death, the rest of it was cheesy, dumb, and just plain bad.
For the uninitiated, Jeremy went easy on FF7, probably out of respect for Paul Walker.
