Here's How To Humiliate Yourself While Riding A Drag Bike
This supercharged motorcycle went cartwheeling, sending its rider into the air - it's one of the shortest drag races ever seen!
Unexpected things happen in motorsports, just ask Comp Bike Champion, Brett Ghedina. At last weekend’s Maximum Thrust Grand Final at Perth Motorplex, Kwinana, Ghedina went to launch his supercharged Honda CBR, and the result was worthy of appearing in the Guinness Book of Records for the shortest drag race ever seen.
A wiring issue on the boost controller meant the bike’s power was delivered all at once making the rider lose control almost before starting. Ghedina himself was also partly responsible as he decided not to use a wheelie bar at all. The best news is he only suffered a bruised knee, which after a 70ft flight can be considered as a victory.

I think I smell comment of the week
Is it just me, or is that Tuning Fork from MCM doing the interview?
Thats what i was thinking
I somehow doubt that was 70ft, it looks about as high as he could jump if he was standing, If your talking about the bike then i’m just dumb and misunderstood :)
I think they meant lateral distance, not height.
Major drag, huh?
Looks like his plans were flipped over
I don’t know what else to say to lift the situation
Crashing with style
Now, this is a story all about how
My bike got flipped-turned upside down
And I’d like to take a minuteJust sit right there
I’ll tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel-Air
