Here's Why Rob Dahm Took His UPS Complaint Video Down
To recap on this bizarre story, we have to go back to late last year. Dahm had ordered a custom-built four-rotor engine from a New Zealand-based company, and following completion several months later, it was shipped to the States via UPS. However, after arriving in America, it was seemingly lost in transit.
The twist arrived when parts of the engine came up for sale on eBay; it turned out the seller had purchased them as ‘unclaimed property’. Dahm then ended up buying his engine for a second time, finding that it even had the original packing slip attached. He then posted a video - which went live last week - detailing the whole debacle and his complaint with UPS.
This video has now been taken down though, with Dahm stating that he removed it voluntarily after UPS resolved the situation. It’s not revealed exactly how the courier company made the situation right, but now it’s over, we can look forward to finally seeing this four-rotor project come together.
