The man behind Regular Car Reviews is a bizarre genius. In this installment, we're behind the wheel of a 2007 Porsche Cayman, where our man attempts to understand just who it's for.

RCR begins by diving into the depths of the Porsche's body, in search of the elusive 2.7-litre engine that's hidden away behind carpets and metal panels. After much prodding and fiddling it's time to get behind the wheel of the 245bhp base Cayman.

Why does RCR have such an issue with this car? Simply put, it came out at a time when the financial world was starting to collapse and suddenly rich wasn't cool. As he so eloquently states, "financially comfortable members of society became villains" and "the new hero for 2007 (...) had two estranged wives." Somehow the Cayman represents that.

The final scene confirms that he can fit in the Cayman's boot, before he breaks into what sounds like the start of the Lion King, but ends in high pitched giggles. Surely every car review should end this way?
