The Honda NSX Has Sold Out In Britain Even Though It Hasn't Been Revealed Yet

Demand for the new Honda NSX is red hot, and that’s not just because the batteries catch fire. Despite the fact that a production version still hasn’t been revealed, Car reports that UK dealers have slammed order books shut, as they’ve received 100 £5000 deposits for the hybrid sports car.
The NSX will be a limited-run vehicle, and those 100 orders represent at least the first year’s deliveries. The finished car will be revealed at the North American International Auto Show, Detroit, in January 2015.

It’s not all bad news for hot Honda fans, though, because as one order book shuts, another is opened. Rude boys UK-wide can now place a deposit on the wild aero-festooned Civic Type R. Drop £3000 and you’ll be first in line for when the car goes on sale in August or September next year.
With one performance-oriented vehicle coming next year, and another set to see showrooms in 2016, it’s easy to see why Honda decided to make a return to Formula 1 with McLaren. It looks like Honda’s got its mojo back.
