New Top Gear aired last night at 8pm in the UK, and unsurprisingly, it's been a massive talking point (both good and bad). So my question to you now is this: how did you rate it out of 10?
Chris Evans is soooo annoying. He is hosting it like a f**king breakfast tabloid cooking healthy morning show.
Chris was trying to be like Jeremy. Thought it would be different to old top gear. Old Top Gear is still the better one the watch.
The recipe is interesting .which why I’m curious.It will be a good car show no doubt but it can never be THE CAR SHOW.

It’s still ok at least we get to watch clarkson that knob on a different show with hamster and captain slow as well as “these people”
The show was alright considering the circumstances. LeBlanc was undoubtedly the best presenter of the bunch and Evans acted like a hyperactive four year old about literally everything and looks very forced in everything he does. Sabine looks like an item of the producers, all of her lines were outlined by the producers it seems including all those cheesy Top Gun references.
The challenges were terrible, the Renault three wheeler challenge was a total fail. LeBlanc was carried to Blackpool on a flat bed and did not deal with any of the mechanical problems (again, probably because the producers didn’t want another fiasco on their hands) and there was not a smidgen of controversy between Evans and LeBlanc like how the old trio fought about everything.
The Ariel Nomad chase was decent and decent but again looks rushed. The ACR vs Z06 test was terrible, no actual journalist review, just a silly fight between two presenters. A race or comparo on the streets would’ve been so much better.
This is why the producers should never be in charge. XD
what were those challenges? like there was no winner, there was no competition, there was no competitivness…. its all yay! were all friends and all deserve a prize! primary school sports day man….
6/10 Everyone was good except Evans… He is trying to be Jeremy…
Hated the Viper vs. Vette segment. It sounded like a complete Dodge advertisement, as if they were payed to bash Chevy. They ended up calling the Z06 suspension “trash” even after the Viper was the one to spin out. Also, they never mentioned practicality, ride quality, interior, etc, things that the Corvette would have been better at. I could never take TG’s reviews seriously in the first place, but this is just ridiculous. And for everything else, I’ll go with the word “cringy”.
