I Took The Ford Focus RS On Track With A 360-Degree Camera And Here's The Awesome Result
While attending the UK launch of the Ford Focus RS, I went out on to Silverstone's Stowe circuit for a couple of laps with a 360-degree camera in the passenger seat. Here's the brilliant video that resulted - it's like riding shotgun!
At the UK launch of the Ford Focus RS, I was blown away by the car’s capabilities on the road. I also got to test it out on track at Silverstone’s short Stowe circuit, and at the end of the day I went out for a couple of bonus laps with a 360-degree camera in the passenger seat.
The video above was my second attempt, as apparently I drove ‘too fast’ the first time and dislodged one of the cameras, so that’s my racing driver excuse for not going totally balls out! Let us know what you think of these types of videos; if you love them, we may look into doing more in the future.

I like the 360 degree feature though. Just doesn’t seem to work properly on mobile phones yet. Puts the entire 360 view on a flat screen. So trippy. LOL. The VR 360 seemed much better.
You have to go directly to youtube to make it work (click the Youtube icon). Watching the video on the actual yt app will make it work ! ;)
