If Game Of Thrones Characters Had Cars, This Is What They'd Drive

Cersei Lannister - Mercedes 600 Pullman

Few characters in Game of Thrones are as ruthless as Cersei Lannister. Technically, she wouldn’t drive a car at all - she’d be driven in something, and something befitting of such a calculating so-and-so. That car would be the old dictator’s favourite, the Mercedes 600 Pullman.

Jaime Lannister - Porsche 911 Cabriolet

Pretty boy Jaime Lannister is a bit of poser and has masses of self confidence, so he’d want all of King’s Landings drivers to see him in his ride: a Porsche 911 Cabriolet. Having had the misfortune of losing a hand, though, he’d probably need to spec the PDK dual-clutch automatic version.

Tyrion Lannister - Lotus Evora

Tyrion’s something of an underdog. Hell, most his family don’t even like him. So it seems fitting that he’d have an underdog car, like the Lotus Evora - a machine which appeals despite having incredibly stiff competition from cars like the Porsche Cayman.

Tywin Lannister - BMW 6-Series Gran Coupe

There’s something rather menacing about the 6-series in Gran Coupe form, so it’s just the sort of car the ruthless Tywin Lannister would choose as transport.

Joffrey Lannister - gold-wrapped Lamborghini Aventador

Joffrey is essentially a more murderous version of Justin Bieber, so if cars were around in Westeros, he’d want something flash that he could show off in. Any Shmee wannabe that frequents Knightsbridge will tell you the Lamborghini Aventador is at the forefront of in-yer-face supercar flashiness, so that’s what he’d have. Probably with a gold wrap. He is royalty, after all.

Jon Snow - Toyota GT86

People in the Night’s Watch don’t tend to have a whole lot of spare cash, so Jon Snow’s car budget wouldn’t be huge. However, being someone who knows how to handle himself, he’d want a car that handles the road well, so the rear-wheel drive Toyota GT86 is what he’d buy.

Daenerys Targaryen - Mercedes horse box lorry

Well, the Mother of Dragons needs to transport her beloved creatures somehow, does she not?

Arya Stark - Abarth 595

Ayra may be small, but don’t be fooled: she’s ferocious and lethal, happily stabbing anyone who crosses her with a sword named ‘needle’. Equally small and equally ferocious is the Abarth 595, so that’s what we reckon Ayra Stark would drive.

Sansa Stark - Pontiac Aztek

Poor old Sansa Stark spends her life getting pushed around. This is a girl that was almost forced to marry Joffrey Lannister, and was actually forced to marry Tyrion Lannister, after all. If whoever’s control she’s under actually let her drive, she’d be lumbered with something awful, like a Pontiac Aztek. A fittingly crap car for her rather crap lot in life.

Eddard 'Ned' Stark - Jaguar XJ

Winterfell’s most honourable man and internet meme sensation Ned Stark is a proper gentleman. So naturally, he’d drive a gentleman’s car: the supremely wafty Jaguar XJ.

The Mountain - Lamborghini LM002

OK, so The Mountain is a fairly minor character, but we had to include him, simply because we’ve got just the car for the psychotic skull-crushing beefcake. He’s big, brash, and absolutely diabolical, so he needs a ride to match, and that’s (ignoring the fact he might struggle to fit in) Lamborghini’s V12 SUV of the 1990s, the LM002.
