Jaguar XJ Prices for UK

The Jaguar XJ is coming! Jaguar is readying the new range-topper to go on sale in the United Kingdom. The company hopes the car will be a successful continuation of the strategy that began with the XF mid-size sedan.

From all indications, it seems as if it will - it is no secret CarThrottle is fans of the new sedan. We've already gotten pricing on the car in the United States, but what about Jaguar's home market? Autocaris happy to oblige.

Jaguar hasn't made it any secret that the XJ is moving up, as the brand sees itself selling more upmarket vehicles in the years to come. That is reflected in pricing. Autocar is quoting £53,775 as the base price for the 3.0-liter diesel luxury model. That would work out to around $87K USD at current exchange rates.

In the U.S market the car is actually priced lower, with a base price of $72,500, up from the $66,475 figure on the previous XJ. The long-wheelbase 3.0-liter diesel comes in at £56,685, with the V-8 standard wheelbase ringing in at £64,355.
