Japan's Crazy Answer To Ski Jumping Is The Best Thing You Can Do With Tractor Tyres
Ski jumping slopes are pretty impressive structures, but wouldn't it be great to get some use out of them in the summer months? Maybe that's what these guys in Japan thought when they decided to roll a bunch of tyres down one, presumably for some sort of off-the-wall gameshow.
They roll down six different tyres, from the sort of small hoops you'd usually find on a dinky hatchback, to an ultra-wide F1 tyre. The speed and jump distance of each is clocked, while the commentator shouts excitedly in Japanese. We can't blame him, it looks like epic fun.
They save the best for last though, when they roll down a chunky tractor tyre, which smashes through pretty much everything in its path...
