Jeremy Clarkson Has Set The Bar Pretty Low For His New Amazon Show
Ah, it’s been a while. With Top Gear off the air and with new presenters taking up the helm, it’s been a long time since Jeremy Clarkson said something to get humourless conservatives all hot under the collar.
In an interview with the Financial Times, Jeremy Clarkson was discussing his new show when he made a comment on how good it might be: “Amazon’s on the internet, and people f* horses on the internet, so anything less than that is bound to be all right.”
Aside from this rather crude quote, the rest of the interview was rather highbrow, and gave an insight into what we can expect from the currently nameless Amazon Prime show. Most exciting for travel nerds such as myself is the fact that the team intends to find exciting places around the world to film: “…they look at a map of the world and say, “Not been there, I wonder what it’s like?”” Clarkson jokes that the only places really left to film are North Korea and Iran, which could make for some interesting challenges…
It’s great to see that, now free from the shackles of BBC sensibilities, Clarkson is letting his mouth run free. When the new show finally drops, expect belly laughs and uproar in equal measure. We can’t wait.

‘I went on the internet, and i found this…’
Since its on Amazon we’ll finally get to see what he finds online
To be fair, the TG show had some pretty substantial horse meat in a couple episodes.

On that bombshell..
What did you expect? The BBC not to fire him for punching someone? As much as I love jezza the BBC did what they had to do. Imagine the uproar if they didn’t fire him. The BBC did nothing wrong.
Why don’t they shoot some films here on Indonesia? Personally, this country is slightly better than Vietnam…
